Frank Solberg is IntelliMar’s Managing Owner and a visionary leader in global shipping and logistics, brings over three decades of expertise in shipping, supply chain management, and commercial strategy. Results-oriented and customer-focused, Frank delivers tailored solutions for international companies, excelling in business development, investment analysis, and operational efficiencies.

His career highlights include serving as Managing Director leading a transformative organizational restructuring, driving operational efficiency across a 350-strong workforce. As Global Shipping Director, he established a pioneering chartering division, optimizing freight expenditures and generating significant bottomline contributions. His innovative strategies have consistently unlocked growth opportunities and sustainable solutions with the customer in focus.

Frank's leadership is rooted in collaborative team-building and fact-based decision-making. He holds a Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School and has completed advanced leadership programs, The Norwegian Shipping Academy and Investment and Risk Management in Shipping (IMD/Marsoft).

Committed to sustainable practices, Frank has spearheaded initiatives in to reach new markets or revise and create efficient logistics solutions. In addition, he has qualifications in Auditing, and project management.
Ian Richards is a seasoned business leader with operational and commercial experience in the supply of high-quality materials to the glass, steel, agricultural, and building products industries. He is passionate about operational and commercial excellence and strives to provide customers with solutions that surpass their expectations. 
Known for consistently driving revenue growth and profitability through innovative business strategies, he demonstrates exceptional leadership. A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills, he builds trust and fosters collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
He holds an MBA from Manchester Metropolitan University and an MA in Leadership and Change from the University of Exeter. In addition, he has qualifications in Engineering, Processing, Auditing, Health and Safety, and project management.
